Florals in Oil and Cold Wax

When
-

In this one oil and cold wax workshop we will be using floral and garden images for creating a series of semi-abstracted and abstracted paintings in oil and cold wax. Some of these paintings will be strictly from our imagination and some will be based on photo images of flowers and gardens. We will be using non-traditional painting tools along with a palette knife to create this series of paintings. The day will start with Addren introducing you to the tools she uses with oil and cold wax and sharing with you images of floral abstract artists she admires. There will be a short demonstration and then you will be free to create a series of small paintings with Addren’s help as needed.
