Lewisville Unified Development Ordinance
The Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) contains all the regulations pertaining to land uses, zoning, subdivision, and environmental management within the Town.
2025 Lewisville Rules of Procedure
Resolution 2025-016 of the Lewisville Town Council adopted the updated Suggested Rules of Procedure as recommended by the UNC School of Government with selections made as required to make the policy relevant to the Town of Lewisville in terms of meeting date, agenda preparation, and required seconds.
2022 Lewisville Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan
The Lewisville Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the Town Council in April 2022 and constitutes the Town's future land use plans and goals.

2025 Lewisville Citizen Survey
From April to June of 2025, the Town of Lewisville conducted a town-wide survey in order to gather demographic and opinion information about Town residents for future decision-making. Surveys were completed on the Town website or in print at Town Hall.
More than 650 surveys were submitted. Thank you to all of our residents who submitted surveys in order to learn more about Lewisville and continue to better the Town.
2019 Lewisville Citizen Survey
In October 2019, the Town of Lewisville conducted a town-wide survey in order to gather demographic information about Town residents and to inform the 2020 update of the Lewisville Comprehensive Plan. Surveys were mailed to each household in Lewisville.
More than 1,700 surveys were returned, which accounted for about 34% of the homes in Lewisville submitting demographic information and opinions on a number of questions related to the future development of Lewisville.
2014 Lewisville Citizen Survey
In October 2014, the Town of Lewisville conducted a town-wide survey in order to gather demographic information about Town residents and to inform the 2015 update of the Lewisville Comprehensive Plan. Surveys were mailed to each household in Lewisville.
More than 1,600 surveys were returned, which accounted for about 35% of the homes in Lewisville submitting demographic information and opinions on a number of questions related to the future development of Lewisville.
