Discover a way to transform and release negative thoughts and feelings and improve overall health and wellbeing through movement. The gentle, fluid movement sequences in Meditative Movement are a distinctive combination of ancient, traditional Eastern martial art forms combined with contemporary insight and knowledge for a uniquely well rounded and comprehensive holistic moving meditation. Regular practice harmonizes and balances energy, increases vitality, and cultivates a deep body-soul-spirit presence and awareness. Numerous long term health benefits exist. Classes are offered freely, but donations are accepted.

No experience is necessary, all are welcome.
Wear soft soled shoes or non slip socks and loose comfortable clothing.
