Shallowford Room: A 975 sf Multipurpose Room. The Shallow Ford Room can hold up to 48 people with round tables set up banquet style, up to 60 people with rectangles set up family style, up to 48 people with rectangles set up classroom style, or up to 72 people with only chairs set up auditorium style.
Lewisville Room: A 1509 sf Multipurpose Room. The Lewisville Room can hold up to 72 people with round tables set up banquet style, up to 90 people with rectangles set up family style, up to 60 people with rectangles set up classroom style, or up to 112 people with only chairs set up auditorium style.
Vienna Room: A 975 sf Multipurpose Room. The Vienna Room can hold up to 48 people with round tables set up banquet style, up to 60 people with rectangles set up family style, up to 48 people with rectangles set up classroom style, or up to 72 people with only chairs set up auditorium style.
Combining Rooms: When combining 2 of the 3 rooms above the rooms can hold up to 144 people with round tables set up banquet style, up to 156 people with rectangles set up family style, up to 90 people with rectangles set up classroom style, or 180 people with only chairs set up auditorium style.
When combining all 3 rooms above the rooms can hold up to 192 people with round tables set up banquet style, up to 216 people with rectangles set up family style, up to 113 people with rectangles set up classroom style, or 264 people with only chairs set up auditorium style.
The Magnolia Room: A 583 sf room for hobby activities rental such as arts and crafts or cooking. The room has an audio visual system available for use. The Magnolia Room can hold up to 18 people for an arts and crafts class with rectangles in a u-shape with chairs around the outside of the tables or up to 36 people with rectangles set up family style.
Great Wagon Room: A conference room within the Mary Alice Warren Community Center. It has a conference room with a table and seating for up to 12 people. There are also connections for Laptops and an 85 inch display for presentations.
Catering Kitchen: A catering kitchen for use with the multipurpose rooms. It has a wide electric range/oven with an induction cook top, a heating cabinet, a microwave, an ice machine, a commercial refrigerator, and a commercial freezer. **To reserve the kitchen the Shallow Ford Room must also be reserved**
Alcohol is only permitted when pre-approved by Town Hall.
G. Galloway Reynolds Community Center

G. Galloway Reynolds Community Center is available for groups and organizations to rent for functions. The 1st floor may be rented both with and without the use of the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, 2 microwave ovens, a stove range/oven and an ice cube maker. The 1st floor room will hold a maximum of 48 people.
The 2nd Floor of the G. Galloway Reynolds Community Center is available for small meetings for groups and organizations to rent. The 2nd Floor room will hold a maximum of 12 people.
Jack Warren Park Pavilion
7788 Warren Park Drive
There are picnic tables for use at the pavilion and a charcoal barbeque pit. Charcoal is not provided and used coals must be discarded in the metal bin next to the grill. It also has two bocce ball courts and two horseshoe pits.
Hank Chilton Pavilion at Shallowford Square

There are picnic tables for use at the pavilion. There is also a children's playground and a swing set with bucket swings and traditional swings.
