A sound bath is an immersive, full body, listening experience that uses sound to create therapeutic and restorative relaxation to nurture your mind and body.
The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position. You might use a blanket and/or eye mask. After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds introduced in succession, bathing the body with sound vibration. You might hear Drums, Chimes, Flutes, Crystal or Tibetan Singing Bowls, and other instruments. Through this experience, you will discover the healing power of sound.

The soothing sounds slowly bring the body into a calm, sleepy, meditative state lowering heart rates, respiratory rates and blood pressure. People attending singing bowl meditations, or sound baths can experience reduction in pain as well as less anxiety, tension, anger, and feelings of sadness.

Sound baths are one of the most incredible experiences you can have, and Heart to Heart Vibrations wants to make them more accessible to you.

Cost of the class is $30.
