Lewisville residents should prepare for an influx of cyclists sharing the town’s roadways this weekend, September 28-29, with the Town being on the riding path for participants in the Bike MS: Tour of Tanglewood 2019.
The expected times of impact for Lewisville to primarily be on Saturday (September 28) from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. and Sunday morning (September 29) from 8 until 11 a.m.
The Bike MS: Tour to Tanglewood takes cyclists of all levels throughout the scenic Yadkin River Valley and North Carolina wine country including through the Town of Lewisville for the area’s premier two-day fundraising cycling event. Lewisville roads that are part of the bike routes include Concord Church, Conrad, Grapevine, Harper, Lewisville-Clemmons, Lewisville Vienna, Reynolds, Shallowford, Styers Ferry, Vienna Dozier, Williams and Yadkinville.
The ride begins and ends each day at Tanglewood Park in Clemmons.
