The Town provides for the weekly curbside collection of garbage for town residents. There is no charge for this service.

Please have the 95-gallon garbage container at the curb in front of your home by 6:00 a.m. on the morning of your collection. Although the truck collecting the garbage can often pick up your garbage around the same time on every collection day, their routes are subject to change. This could result in your garbage being pickup up much earlier or later than what you may be accustomed to.
Please remember that trash needs to be bagged before it is put into the trash cart. Also, you may not put things like wood, construction debris or carpet inside the carts. These are not accepted at the Hanes Mill Road landfill.

Curbside Recycling
The Town of Lewisville offers curbside recycling to its residents. It is picked up every other week along with your garbage on your regular garbage collection day. Please have both containers at the curb in front of your home by 6:00 a.m. on your collection day. Containers must be at least 5 feet apart from one another to allow ample space for the truck to pick up each container.
