Step into the joyful, love-filled currents of the Divine with Meditative Movement and Dance. This class helps to balance and harmonize the soul and ease stress, tension, and anxiety out of the body and silence the "over thinking" mind. The movements are simple and natural and cultivate spatial and kinesthetic awareness. Regular practice can improve circulation, digestion and sleep and increase overall health and vitality. Plus...it's fun!
No experience is necessary, all are welcome.
Class is Free but REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
Wear soft soled shoes or non slip socks and loose comfortable clothing.
