Mobility and Flexibility training for Living Your Best Life
Part of living your best life is having the mobility and flexibility to do things you need, want and like to do. Winston Well-Being will be offering an engaging series of training classes on mobility and flexibility at the Mary Alice Warren Community Center in 2023. These sessions will improve our coordination, gait and strength to increase our functional mobility. We will learn strategies to prevent falls and move safely. We will also learn innovative and safe ways to stretch our bodies. Then we can enjoy the improved range of motion, circulation and mobility that regular stretching provides. Best of all its fun! The activities can be adopted for all skill levels. We welcome anyone who wants to improve their flexibility and mobility.
Classes will be on Monday and Wednesday mornings, 11AM-12PM
Information meeting on Wednesday 2/1 from 11AM-12PM.
