Pardon Our Mess... but the Improvements Will Impress!
The Town of Lewisville has been planning the Jack Warren Park Improvements project since 2022 when initially applying for the NC Parks and Recreation Trust Fund (PARTF) grant from the State of North Carolina to make improvements to the park. These improvements will add new park amenities and proposed walking trails throughout Jack Warren Park.
Construction on this project began on July 18, 2024. It is estimated to be completed by December 24, 2024.
This project construction is expected to cost approximately $420,000, which will be paid by the Town and the State. The Town was awarded the PARTF grant in 2022, making the project possible. This is a 50/50 grant, which means that the Town will pay 50% of the improvements' costs while the State will match the other 50%.
