The Zoning Board of Adjustment hears all variance cases, appeals of the Planning Director's determinations and special use permit requests. This Board acts as a quasi-judicial body and makes a final decision on all of the cases brought before them.

The Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Town Hall when there are cases to be heard.
